My tenant’s refrigerator was over-cooling, and I needed a service call urgently. I posted a request for service, and received five bids. David responded quickly, and offered a no-cost visit to diagnose the problem…that was impressive, and made it simpler for me to deal with the situation. He was able to arrive quickly, and my tenant received him at the unit. David diagnosed the problem, and performed a service to clean the coils, which solved the problem. David was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous, and the problem was solved at a reasonable cost. After he finished, I asked what other services he performs, and he replied that he is a complete HVAC man. That caught my interest, because my home furnace and AC needed an annual maintenance, and my regular guy finked out on me. David was happy to oblige, came out to my house soon after, and performed a complete service for both my furnace and AC unit, including adding some refrigerant… at a very reasonable price. I now have a regular, reliable HVAC man again…very thankful. David communicates well and is a pleasure to work with.

He was able to get me a last minute emergency appointment and was very accommodating .. my freezer went out and my stuff was starting to defrost and he made an effort to come as soon as he was able to. He figured out the issue and fixed the problem in no time.. although I was at work at the the time and service and someone else was at home with him he still managed to send me messages with updates about his service call.. his pricing was reasonable as well for the work he had to do fix the issue.. I would most def recommend him for your appliance needs.

David showed up an hour after I called him. Despite having to call around before the three day weekend where I couldn’t get anybody. I got lucky when he called me! He is an excellent worker, doesn’t waste time and gets right to it. He knew exactly what was going on with my refrigerator. He checked it through and through and found there was nothing wrong. He did not charge a price to just show up. (one guy charged me $150 just to fix a handle on my refrigerator last year). David fixed other things that needed to be fixed in my old home. Extra honest and hard worker and at a fantastic price. I recommend him 200%. He is a new business owner and is working on building up his clientele. I will definitely keep him in my Rolodex for any future tasks in my old home.
